21st Century Skills
Students will have the opportunity to learn about, discuss and work with skills they will need both in their future professional life and as citizens in the 21st century.

Please note! This module can be combined with one of the following courses for a total of 20 ECTS:
- Education in Sustainable Development
- Intercultural Meetings in a Global Perspective
- Understanding interaction of media with culture and society
Danish or Exchange students from various faculties or programmes of study who have been permitted to study at a university or a University College, in particular Teacher Education students.
In order to participate, students must speak English at an advanced level (preferably C level and above in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)).
Purpose of The Module
During the module 21st century skills the students will have the opportunity to learn about, discuss and work with skills they will need both in their future professional life and as citizens in the 21st century.
The module will introduce the students to learning skills, literacy skills and life skills.
The module begins with lectures and debate about the political and societal background of today’s focus on 21st century skills.
During the module the students will work with problem solving and innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.
Intercultural competence will also be discussed as part of 21st century skills.
