How to Apply
All exchange students apply through their home university. Read up on admission requirements, deadlines and application process at UCL.
All of UCL’s full degree bachelor programmes are taught in Danish. If you want to enroll as a full time ordinary student, you must be able to speak Danish fluently and otherwise meet the same requirements as Danish students. The requirements can be seen here.
University College Lillebaelt welcomes exchange students and international students for international semesters and modules.

Exchange students can be nominated by their home university. Contact the International Office at your university to start the process.
Afterwards, you can contact the international coordinator in question at University College Lillebaelt and you will be guided through the application process for your studies or placement.
The deadlines for applying are:
Spring semester: 1 November
Autumn semester: 1 May
There are no exceptions to the deadlines.
The application form for studies in the autumn 2019 for international/exchange students from abroad is now closed, since the deadline has expired. (If you are a Danish UCL student, please do not apply here. Instead, please apply trough ItsLearning).
You apply on-line only (now closed). The application form for studies in the spring 2020 will be open in the beginning of September 2019.
Please apply using either the Chrome or the Firefox browser, otherwise the application form will not work.
When using MoveOn for the first time, please register using your e-mail address. Afterwards, you will receive an e-mail asking you to choose a password. The password MUST consist of both letters, digits and special characters, such as ! or ?
During the application process, remember to mark each page as completed and “save progress” as you work your way through the application. You will be able to close the application form and re-access it. The information you have filled in will be saved.
